anyone know of good places to buy his books? I looked at Amazon and could not find a listing, a used book is fine. And also any recommendations?

I don't know where you live. In the UK, the Music Exchange, Stockport was doing them just b4 Christmas. Guy called Danny used to post. Think he's a wain keeping his hands otherwise occupied these days. But they were helpful when I phoned them once. (0)161 946 9301
