does anybody know an exercise which combines up, down, and up & down arpegios in one estudio? preferably one that also sounds nice... [;)]

ola domingo,
maybe a cool idea is finding you weakness (that is what rh fingers (Combinations) are weak for you and then just creating your own exercise.

or studies and pieces such as la cathedral (BArrios) , etude no 1 lobos, or even clarlevaro studies or guiliani , maybe even prelude no 4 lobos.

Most traditional solea falsetas use those combos.
