Wow, I only heard of this CD recently - it's a live recording of a concert held in 2007 - and today, I took a listen. It blew me away. Poveda and Chicuelo are probably the most awesome singer/guitarist pairing since PdL and Camaron.

The orchestration is also done very tastefully, no kitschy stuff at all here - apparently it was all conducted and arranged by Joan Albert Amargos, who did some work with Miguel Poveda before.

Made up a bit for the disappointment that is Vicente's newest output.

I'm a big fan, too - very well orchestrated indeed. A few very good tracks.

But I really like Vicente's new one! [:D]
