Pgh_flamenco -> DIY Network Show on Guitar Building (Apr. 26 2009 17:47:31) Last night I saw a show on DIY Network on guitar building. It covered an acoustic steel string build from start to finish in one hour. The luthier’s name was Lynn Dudenbostel and he explained a variety of tools and techniques. He was shown French polishing—which I think is rare to see on TV. I noticed on the site that there were at least 16 parts to this series. sig -> RE: DIY Network Show on Guitar Building (Apr. 27 2009 11:10:06) I actually saw that show about 5 years ago on DYI and I think it was called "Hand made music". As a guitar player and enthusiast, I was of course very interested even though it wasn't about the construction of a Flamenco guitar. Very well done series and informative... Sig--
