For the germans here..

anybody going there? I read Santiago Lara is giving a workshop, and Jesus Torres is going to give a concert (Rafael Carrasco). I think i wont take the workshop, as i have already too much material to learn, but i will definitely go to see Jesus Torres!

Santiago Lara wurde in Jerez geboren und bereits mehrfach ausgezeichnet, u.a. erhielt er den Preis der Flamenco-Biennale in Sevilla. Der Meisterschüler von Manolo Sanlúcar komponiert die Musik für sämtliche Produktionen von Mercedes Ruiz. Im vergangenen Jahr brachte er seine erste Solo-CD "El Sendero de lo Imposible" heraus.

Out of interest is that what you would expect to pay for this sort of workshop in Germany? Is the second price concessionary, for students etc? Just curious.

I think so. Yes the price is normal workshop price here in Germany. I would go there just to have it as an experience, watching him, seeing his technique etc..., since im not too enthusiastic about alegrias. Hm hm hm, still cant decide... [:D]
