Tab would be great, but I'd settle for at least knowing the tuning!
Watched him play it on YouTube and am not sure if it's rondena (low E to D, G to F#) - the top strings sound like G is F# but I'm not sure the E is D or he's tuned the A down to G? Maybe I'm totally wrong and it's standard tuning! [;)]

DADF#BE-RondeƱa tuning and tonality por bulerias. Really beautiful, his master piece.

Just saw him still playing it live 2 years ago IN Sanlucar. It was surreal to experience that 13 years after hearing it for the first time loud in my headphones in the music school library, repeating it over and over again and dreaming about one day traveling to spain....

Thanks for that Ricardo and for the nice story (must have been brilliant to see him play it in person after being inspired by it so long ago). I heard Tauromagia for the first time about a month ago - at first I was mesmerized by the tremolo on Oracion, then the sheer joyous energy of Puerta de Principe, but now the wild surging rasgueados of Tercio de Vara* thrill me.

* I believe the title refers to the 'third' of a bullfight where the lance is used?

Hi Marc,

I figured out some parts by listening, maybe I'll do a little instruction video in super-slow speed.

Super-slow? You can't do hyper-mega-slow? [:D]

I to like the piece a lot, but don't think of ever playing it. I never saw a tab (don't even think there is one) but I think/know it's a super advanced piece.
You think you're up for it marc? :-)

Ha ha. If I could ONLY reproduce some of the frenzied rasgueado chords at the end I'd die a happy man! [:D]
