What is the dominant chord, is it E, I have alway wondered why bulerias are seldom in this key, especially if they evolved from Solea which is useually in E

eehrr en dos?? like do re mi fa so la ti to en dos for arriba.
would be. 1 arriba.=e phrygian ...en dos would be F# phrygian? (tarantas) i could be F
but that seem like a difficult key for flamenco.

Im confused about the "dos" thing. in sweden we use c d e f g etc..
