How fast is your internet connection? 
My new and improved DSL connection allows:

64 kilobytes per second for download (maximum quota of 4 GB per month)
16 kilobytes per second for upload (maximum quota of 4 GB per month)

I pay about $50 (USD) a month for this service.

What do you think?

I am paying 24.99 (GBP) a month for 8mb connection speeds, I have downloaded stuff at 400-500 kb/s !!

there is also no download limit.

So I think your deal is not so good, I just noticed I could get the same or better for less money now.

I will say I have my fair share of problems with the connection though, its not very consistent.
but when it works well it works like a dream!!!

Wow dude. This goes to show you how crappy my country is. If we consider my connection to be 0.5 megabits per second fast, then your connection is 16 times faster than mine, and you pay the same price I pay. Plus, you don't have a download / upload limitation.

By over-simplistic cross-multiplication, I would have to pay $800 (USD) per month to get a connection as fast as yours!

Lebanon rules eh?

Rain! 100 megabits per second? Does that mean you can download at a rate of 12.5 megabytes per second? That would be unbelievable!!! You'd probably just click on a YouTube video, and it'd loaded already!

I use verizon dsl and i work for them as well. Yes 100 mbps and its going to get faster as soon as Fios comes to my area.

Telekom in Germany have improved their prices since competition has come about. I have a 2048kb/s internet and telephone flat rate for €50.

You'll find few servers that can give you 2048kb/s, it is a great connection though.
