Beadle is no longer About!!!

This is mainly for british people.....

...Nineties wind up merchant and general national hate figure (for a while) Jerry Beadle has died from pneumonia. While this is a sad event, I can't help but think this too is a wind up. A wind up of new proportions, A sick publicity stunt to promote his new show. hmmm?

Any thoughts? will he be missed?

Hmmm...I only watched a couple of his shows.
They were OK but hardly an original idea.
"Candid Camera" was doing the same thing 20-30 years earlier and that was taken from an American show which had been running even earlier than that.
