Halloween and flamenco

So as I browse the foro, I look at the bottom of the page.... lo and behold, to my surprise I discover an interesting ebay ad...........Sexy flamenco senorita costume seriously, what the hell lol

I don't know any flamenco dancers who look like that.... much to my disappointment!

Can someone please explain to me how on earth that is a Halloween costume??

Forgive my confusion. I am one of those quaint Europeans that still puts candles in skulls.
I know know that the U.S. has a Halloween tradition of "Trick or treat"... but isnt this taking things too far??
