chocolate - seriously

Guys I just wanted to share this from one of the bulletins I read at work. Thank you Australian doctors, who have added meaning and understanding to my chocolate addiction. Flo and Dominic you should be proud of your country's contribution.

Chocolate Craving When Depressed: A Personality Marker

More women than men craved chocolate when depressed. [well duhhh!!]

People who crave chocolate when they are depressed are more likely to have a neurotic, than an introverted type of personality, a new study from Australia has found. Their results suggest that personality style dictates the craving for chocolate when people are in states of ‘emotional dysregulation’ (anxious and irritable, and not only depressed).

OK so where's my chocolate. I said where is it? where's my ****ing chocolate, I want it now.
Oh sorry, here it is on the desk next to me laptop.....

Oh my God Ailsa.
Ever tried to eat a 1/2 pound of butter. That's more or less what you're consuming when you eat a few bars of chocolate.

Just jealous My body is made for physical work - spend too much time sitting on my backside (like now) and I start to see the effects.

Funny about that but I've read repeatedly lately that eating a small amount of dark chocolate daily is very good for you. The key words here would be "small amount".

A small amount of everything is a small amount of life I think.

I bet the american society loves it.
It's not important to have a good life. No, it's supposed to be loooooooong and boooooooooooooooring.

Btw. Ailsa, I weigh 80 kilo's. But yes I'm skinny looking no matter what I eat.

I also heard that red wine, dark chocolate and nuts like almonds are proven to extend your life... so I'm off for a merlot, chocolate and macadamia smoothie
