conde hermanos problem

hello guys,

what you in the picture is a conde from 1969 wich have gone trough a lot. It's got a new head and was broken in several places.
At the moment you can not really play on it because the support (I don't know how to explain it in english so I will do my very best) that lies underneath the place where the golpeador is, is broken?
Is there a good way to fix this, maybe even myself? Or will it cost a lot to fix this?
At the moment she can not bear hard tension strings, only low tension.

thanks a lot for your advice
