Nice Ricardo. I really like this one. I have not heard this one in a long time. I 'll start looking at this tutorial. At least some portion of it. Thanks!

What, no one likes guitar trio?! Come on guys ;) Always look forward to these vids and this would have been a request from me! But it’s so awesome to have listened to these trio tunes half my life now and finally see how they work.

Had no idea Andajaleo was the underlying melody. What an interpretation! Paco was such a genius.

Looking forward to working on this. I kinda started following along with the first Falseta - Aprs section. And those left hand voicing’s are gonna take some time! Once I finish cleaning up Paco tutorial #4 I’m gonna dive in here!

Thanks for doing this Ricardo, owe you some cervezas!

Hey, it is not just you! I love the trio work and it is in fact how I heard PdL for the first time (intro to Mediterranean Sundance) when I was a teenager.

Thanks to Ricardo for yet another tutorial!

Came across a couple of live bootlegs of the trio version of Chiquito, as I discussed in the tutorial some details are different from the duet version, and also they changed things from the studio version on this tour.

54:58

You may notice the drop tuning (about a quarter tone or more). As we discussed before I suspect they wanted to speed up any commercial release so it sounds at concert pitch. The next bootleg seems to have achieved this exact thing (notice pitch and speed increased):

59:20

I don't know how I haven't responded to this thread when I've seen it the first time and working with the tutorial. Anyway, better late than never I guess, thank you Ricardo!
