Flamenco guitars in UK

FLAMENCO GUITARS IN UK

Dear friends please do not understand this as just publicity or marketing as it is not.

I see many times people asking about how to buy a great flamenco guitar in the UK and people say it is difficult.

Well first I say that I have read a lot about Anders Elliasson and I will see one of his guitars soon so I expect it to be very good.
But separately I can say that I bought a guitar a few months ago from Pablo Requena who is from Malaga but has put a workshop in England in Lewes in Sussex.
I love the guitar. It is very flamenco and very alive, like vibrating and low bass. Difficult to find words to describe sound. IT is not the guitar you can hear in my web page that one is Gerundino.
Also I can say that I like guitars by Steven Hill also in Lewes. There are others too that I have tried.

To find them for Pablo you can go to www.spanishguitar.org.uk

And for Steven www.spanishguitars.co.uk

Also there is Kent guitar classics that imports great flamenco guitars into UK.

If these addresses are not correct I think you can go direct from my web page at links section. It is www.flamencotomas.com

Finally I say two things:
1) Although I play for many years in fact I know very little about different makers as I always played with Gerundino, so you guitarists may know more that me.
2) This is to help and share information…. Not just way to make publicity.

I hope it will be found helpful.

Saludos
Tomás

That would be great. If you are there come and say hello.
By the way how is your new guitar?
