If you are going to purchase steel get an electric guitar. Since you live in Nashville, a tele or strat so should suffice

But, you can also get a NYLOCASTER....Come on, I watch your videos and when you sing you strap the guitar on...You can do the same wth the Nylocaster!

Kalo, I talked to Ben. He's been out of commission, so no Nylocasters available right now. I did consider doing some cante, though.

Peter, sure - I do requests. I have one song I'm working on now, but perhaps your suggestion will go next in the queue.

If you do cante which would be cool, I request the vibe that goes along with the music: bracelet on your right hand, nice gold chain necklace, and earrings...:LOL

Nice! I learnt it in G, which is the original key I think. It's also easier to play and to capture the nuances soundwise on guitar.

You should do, it has legs. I am well out of practise but tinker with the blues now and again. Wish I had more people to play with but we are pretty isolated here.
