Looking for a rasgueado muting excercise

I am working on Aires de Triana again and towards the beginning there is a section with some muted rasgueados. I can play it ok but would like to get better with the technique using an excercise(s).

Cheers

Immediately after the first double golpe. Like I said I can do it but would like to get better at it since it is used with some frequency in flamenco.

Cheers

Where he plays a chord as 8th notes then mutes between each? If you use LH index and middle to play the A maj chord, simply practice hitting with RH index down then mute with LH 3 and 4, keeping a steady rhythm 1 (rest) 2 (rest) 3 (rest) etc ... so it’s 8th note then an 8th rest. Speed that up gradually with metronome until you are feeling it more as 16th, then a 16th rest.

There is an even faster version of this we do not quite double the speed at the end of Alegrias. Same idea that the pinky will mute off beat 16th notes so the struck 8th notes are staccato. In that case RH index moves down and up not only down.

I believe that's the part. It is at the 13 second mark of the Puro version (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxDbrsk9jDI). I think I have the mechanics down a bit thanks to your help in a previous thread. I will work on it as you describe but was hoping to find an exercise(s) to help me get it down better.

Cheers
