Fingers problem

Take advantage of free time in the Covid-19 shelter order, I've practiced and got remarkable progress. But suddenly, I can not tremolo anyway, (so far tremolo is my proud technique, regularly firmly and fast) I feel my right-hand fingers weeker.
Does anyone face the same problem? I tried to practice picado more but the situation not improved.

Take time to read through this and determine if you have any similar feelings about it.

I highly recommend taking vitamin D supplements everyday.

RE: Fingers problem (in reply to Ricardo

Thank Ricardo, I read the thread and see that maybe I have the same problem with sam dds. It is difficult to do with i-m, no problem with i-m or m-a, so when tremolo p-a-m-i I feel very difficult.
So far I've taken vitamin D 5000UI with Calcium every day. I order this

and will exercise my fingers with it.
Hope anyone recovering from this problem shares me the way to cure. I'm hopeless now not dare thinking that I can not play guitar.
1. What pill can cure FD?
2. What food?
3. What exercise?
4. Other things else

You have perhaps overdo things, so it is not wise to practice with this thing before seeing a doctor.
Besides this, your muscles you can train your tendons not.

Your hand was strong enough to do everything you wanted, it is certainly strong enough to play guitar. So, if rest will not help, see a doctor and leave the practice thing in the box, it will do more harm than good.
