Casextreme

Hi has anyone come across these before. Or know of anything similar.

Looks like a lightweight version of the kind of flight case paco used.

Not available here in the uk but tempted to make one as it looks good for travelling with some other stuff such as cables and sound card.

Cheers.

Well having one of those will give a piece of mind for checking underneath...however there will be no chance of getting it on board as carry on over head, which for me is a lot better than anything else. Why? While there is a gamble that it MIGHT get checked under especially if you have multiple connecting flights, the chance you CAN take it on board reduces the chances of it being lost. I have lost luggage many times and it usually arrives at my destination days later. If I have a gig for example... I would rather lose my clothes than the guitar.

That does sound far more sensible Ricardo, I was curious about the case in the case design as paco clearly used such a thing, I think there is a shot of it in la busqueda. But other than that I haven’t seen that kind of case.

I was just considering it as I am going to Spain with a set up of a guitar and some DIY electronics so the thought of not getting everything out at security is appealing. The material is Correx and is cheap enough so very tempted to make one.

Cheers
