Sounds to me like typical Jerez stuff.

are you talking about the rasgueo pattern or the run done along the A string?

Could be AMII or could be triplets (AMI AMI AMI) or both at that same time because there are multiple guitars

Nope, my apologies, I meant that short that moment when camera switches to Tomatito 4:44-4:46 and he does ta-tam, ta-ta-tam G-F#-F thing over the 2nd time of "..que despiertan a Jere.."

On count 6, down up on the C9/G chord and hold to count 9,(foot on 8 as reference). Then on & between 9 and 10, up stroke, down on 10, up on &, slide to B9/F# on that last up stroke, then down stroke on count 11 with Bb9/F, finish with upstroke on & before feeling count 12 with foot.

C9(6&....) C9(&10) B9(&)Bb9(11&)...
Get strum down first U=up, D=down
D-U(6&...) U-D-U-D-U(&10&11&...)

Keep in mind there is an other guitarist filling counts 7-10 with a different rhythm and his guitar seems louder.

Ah nice, thanks much Ricardo, looks like the next compas is kinda the same pattern on just Bb9/F but over counts 3 to 5& and then resolve A-Bb-C-A#-A on the 5th string?
