Guitar Cushion Option

This is what I use when I’m practicing at home.

I couldn’t find anything with curves like this for the traditional flamenco right thigh position.

It’s a sleeping knee pillow I bought off amazon and then modified a bit.

It’s memory foam, so compresses a bit, which is nice. The green yoga mat is for grip.

It has worked out well for me, the other positions hurt my back or didn’t feel natural.

I’m new to guitar and flamenco. This might be helpful to other new people

I have some pic's, can anyone help me out with how to post them?

In some subforums you can't add pictures. It may depend on seniority (number of posts) as well. FYI, I can't post pictures here (within 'Discussions->Resources') either.

Wouldn't the easiest solution be to upload the picture to a different section, and then post a link here?
