Computer problem - can you help?

Hi all - I am trying to uninstall a program called ArcSoft Webcam Companion 4 (because I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and I don't need this software anymore) but I keep getting these errors that prevent me from going through with the uninstall process.

There is no uninstaller utility for this program in its directory.

Any thoughts?

Any thoughts?

If I were you I'd delete it all and install Ubuntu.

Probably brute force approach best.

Manually clean up start menu.

Run msconfig application from Run... and make sure no autostart entries for program listed

Run regedit and delete any entires for the program.

Delete program folder from c: drive manually.

Maybe the original setup.exe is not Windows 10 compatible or has got lost.

Try installing the latest version, and if that works, then uninstall that. Nothing to lose.

Thanks, guys! I ran the original setup file, and it gave me the option to re-install, repair, or remove. I chose "remove" and it worked. Haha! Olé!
