Vicente Amigo Solea falseta rhythm

Hello!
I try to learn a solea falseta by vicente amigo but I'm not sure about the rhythm.

At 0:09 starts the picado of 5 notes. But do you understand it as a quintuplet starting at beat 2 or as sixteenth notest starting before beat 2?
i mean this:

Never heard 16th note triplets called 24th notes before (although it’s completely logical).

Is that standard?

Probably better to say 16th note triplets in this case....drum nerds use the term 24th notes for sextuplets phrases which need not be grouped in 3's. Talking music has always been challenging on the internet, not much has changed since I started attempting to express music feeling ideas verbally.
