Did Paco ever play it live? Is there any footage? Can't seem to find any.

As to original question, the answer is NO he as not performed it ever. Same can be said for several compositions of PDL's throughout history. Sometimes a falseta here or there sneaks in (Barrio La Viña is a good example).
