8 votes already and goats are in the lead. Has the global epidemic of protest voting finally made it to the foro? (OK, let's not drift off topic here).

How the hell are we going to organise a foro challenge for goats?

Will it be cante, dance or conde eating?

Hopefully beginners will make a late surge....

I like the beginners doing it as it creates , great interest for them to move forward , also the intermediates can come up with surprising stuff ,,
I myself think I fall in between the 2 categories ..

As for the advanced and pros , i really dont see the point ...theyre all good in different ways ,,, so whats the advice for them ?
The advanced and Pros are really the ones you need to get onboard in some way for the beginners challenge as they give the best and most listened to input to the judging and comments ,,

I got great advice from and comments from the best here in one challenge ...
like ....

"The guitar really isnt for you is it ?"

....."Your guitar should keep you warm in the winter when you burn it "

"....OMG my ears are hurting !!"
and
" ..please dont enter any more challenges ..."

and things of that ilk ....and yet here I am ...

The big thing about it is ...getting everyones attention ,, and organization ..
Best 1 or 2 official people to organize and say what is what , with the rules , Then stick to it ..

If everyone has an input within a few weeks you wont know where you are...
I did one or 2 myself made up reasonable rules , and ignored most of the suggestions to keep clarity ...
Remember if people have these fantastic ideas to change stuff around ..
well great..
They can make a challenge.....

@El kiko, are you joking? Did you actually recieve those comments??

Maybe another cante accompaniment challenge, after the recent thread.... Right hand prowess being key judging criteria.

I chose goats! Obviously :-)

I would really enjoy creating something based on solearis or seguriyas cause these are the only 2's I am modestly proficient at. And than I think it would be real nice if there is a short tune from a common know song (jingle bells as xmas is close?) and anybody can send in their 2-3 minute solearis incorporating the given lick.

Everybody can create something up to their own skill set and experience.

If you are a kick ass player, just pull in your complete marching band and do all the fireworks. If you are like me, you probably well, likely will end up with something.

Surprised not to see more beginners. But when does a begginer become intermediate anyway?

And when does intermediate become goat?
