Any physical therapists / chiropract... 
I have some body mal-alignment issues, I believe, and I was just wanting to see if anyone here can provide feedback about some data I've gathered from my own observations and from online material.

in the absence of injury or disease these are likely to be due to unnecessary muscle tension.

injury or disease refer to a medical doctor.
