Eggsercizer? 
Anyone tried this for improving hand and finger performance? Any opinions on hand/forearm exercizers?

Similar things have been used in physical therapy
for many years.
There's a grip master for individual finger exercise,
therapy putty, rubber and tennis balls.

I believe you should grip with the tips of the fingers
with light to medium tension and not overdo the
the frequency.

Look up guitar finger grip exercises on the web
and you'll see a lot of options.

Yeah I don't feel like strength is going to help you any. You shouldn't be "muscling though" your playing.
If there was a way to increase your fast twitch muscle fibers in your fingers....now that might get you some gains.....
