Jorge Pardo song Compas

I really have enjoyed Flamenco for a long time and my knowledge and tastes within Flamenco have certainly evolved but I still struggle with compás. I'm also terrible at math. The song 'Estaba Soñando...La Deje Dormir' from the Jorge Pardo album 'Djinn' is escaping me. The two strong beats together are throwing me off. Thank you for any advice

Those two strong beats are just the 7th and the 8th beats of the 12 beat compas.
