Research on Google this topic: "Doctor Compas Jason McGuire".

Good luck.

This is great software http://nieto.no-ip.org/vitalloopsweb/
Fantastic sounds with a mixer interface - sliders, faders, panning etc
awesome rumba options - many many options in this style - from Catalana to Cuban - think there are a dozen or so variants

Compas builder advertised to your left has both PC and phone apps
Very good software

But as Ramzi suggested Dr Compas will get you going and also work fine - just depending on how fussy you are with sounds and given you only have the one rumba option - and only works on iPhone

I imagine a Roland type drum machine would work just unsure of their sound bank options for rumba and flamenco type music

Happy to upload some samples from vitaloops if that helps

For one thing, the guy is playing over tangos loop not rumba. I guess many flamencos think it's the same beat only faster, but the accent is different.
