I think this is my favorite post of the year so far!
I have no idea about the boots. I doubt there's anything specifically flamenco about them (I mean, not dance shoes) so: have you tried asking on a shoe maker forum, assuming there are any, or a fashion/style forum?

According to Wikipedia Paco didn't move to Mexico full time until 1998, but surely he toured there. I mention it because the boots look to me like they might be Mexican.

And there are several boot makers in Texas who could make you a pair like that for a few hundred bucks. You might have to show up at their workshop to get you feet measured.

Yeah I understand. I just meant that you might have more luck finding someone with a good eye for that sort of thing on a forum specializing in shoes, but you never know!

Now we are getting very close to justifying the title of this thread.

They look like regular day-to-day leather boots, they are not for dance nor for horseback riding. I believe in English these are called chelsea boots. Generally these kind of boots go a little above the ankle and have an elastic fabric on both sides. However these ones appear to be slightly higher so they need to have a zipper on the inner side instead of the elastics.

As Richard suggested, try to find an experienced artisanal bootmaker and show him what you want.

How about Paco's shirt. Where do you find shirts like that?
