New guitar topic that much? 
Well i've got a flamenco guitar. I like the sound. But the guitar is not perfect.
I like the neck of a guitar to feel great.

Mine doesn't. No big problem, the sound is reasonably good, but.
Perhaps it's the new strings "La Bella" 427.
Or i am spoiled with the sound of my Martin D28?
The volume just isn't to be happy about and the attack is just too little.
Perhaps the strings are just too nice. Now i've got these La Bella's 427 while i normally use d'addarios.
And i must admit, it could be the case that i left my guitar hanging on the wall too long (while playing electric, for example).

Allright the neck. The frets are too sharp on the edges. It could slow you down while moving from side to side.
The action could be less. From the 7th fred i think it's pretty high.
Even with this action the low E string can buzz when it's hitted a little bit harder using a capo.
And the tuners are crap. Slightly offtopic, but those are that bad, that i have to replace them (at this moment).

The guitar i've got right now is a Vicente Sanchis model '39.

Suggestions for an upgrade are welcome.

Is that the advice you're looking for?

Most likely it's the second smartest option. A lower saddle, what would that do with fret buzz?
It's easy to find out. But in case the fret buzz increases. Can a luthier change the neck?
In my case make it less flat (i think).
Best option probably is taking the guitar to a luthier, to ask what he/she thinks.

You see, the Spanish guitar is assembled together without a proper joint neck/box as there is in the acoustic guitar.
You cannot remove it but sawing it away, but most importantly you won't find a new neck replacement in the market ready to replace it.
Of course you can have reshaped your neck but this entails to scrape away the varnish etc.
I guess the whole job you have in mind fan cost you around 400 $.
You should ask yourself if it is an option to sell your guitar, add 400 $ and if with that money you are able to get a guitar you like more.

Adjusting the bridge, lowering the saddle, maybe getting a new bone saddle is a bit fiddly but not expensive. The frets can be polished and the edges filed smooth and this is a cheap job.

Almost every new guitar will need this done after a couple of months as the wood aclimatises to the temerature / humidity of where you live. Its a half hour job.

Sometimes the neck can be pushed backwards a little be adding some thicker frets. You may need to replace some frets. However, filing, cleaning and even replacing a few frets and setting up the saddle is not going to cost more than $100.

The neck itself cant be easily replaced but the fingerboard can. This is a more expensive job but if the guitar is new then the old frets can be taken off, the fingerboard planed flat and refitted with new frets.

The most expensive part of the equation are the machines. You can pay $50 -$300. To me it sounds like your guitar just needs a set up. Any new guitar will need a once over from a luthier once it has been transported to you and allowed to settle down for a couple of months. I dont think it will be as difficult or expensive as you think!

This motivates me to actually take the guitar to a luthier.
I will go there with my guitar by the end of this week.

Hi, I made a price meaning also to have your neck sanded and varnished again (which I wouldn't suggest to do).
To have the bones ne frets done it's not very expensive, I agree.
