Ethan Deutsch segunda

This is the guitar I recently wrote about in the Lutherie forum. It has back and sides of Port Orford cedar, which is very closely related to cypress and has made some of my best guitars. The back is four-piece though it looks like two. There is no purfling on this guitar--just Bolivian rosewood binding--and no inlay on the Pegheds mechanical tuners. The scale length is 656 mm, nut width 52 mm, string spacing (E to E) at bridge is 58 mm. The action is low at the 12th fret and at the saddle. Ebony fingerboard as always. Weight: 2.6 pounds. French polish of shellac. $2800 plus shipping.

It's a very clean looking instrument, Ethan. The photo made me want to reach for it and play a few licks.
