RE: News from the Workshop (in reply to Anders Eliasson

I have to say the second picture of the workshop at the top of the thread is one of the saddest pictures to have been posted on this forum.

I really hope Anders gets back to making guitars in whatever capacity at sometime in the future.

Anders,
I'm glad you've made peace with this decision but I got a lump in my throat reading your post. Don't know if you're even checking this forum anymore but I want to thank you for all the years of inspiration and beautiful work that you've provided to everyone here. Best of luck in your future endeavors, whatever they turn out to be.

I really enjoyed visiting your workshop in Beas and meeting you. Loved your guitars and your dogs. Haven't tried Antonio's guitar yet, looking forward for it.

Best of luck in Denmark!

Here's a video by António Cobra of the latest guitar made by Anders (the one laying on the workbench in the first photo):

It's just a test, nothing too fancy. He will make some proper recordings with this guitar in the future.

Top class. One day, Anders will return by popular demand.

Good fortunes to you Anders. You'll be remembered for having an outstanding eye for color as a builder and having admirable character for a human being.
