Came across this video on you tube the other day. Paco and his group in Brazil being interviewed back in the 90's.

Very funny .. most of the interview is about cooking ...
and he claims he makes the best tortilla de patatas, the best ever ...so good its a scandal ...
and so he goes on comparing food to music ....
as to the Sevillanas ...best not translated ...

......heard the singing , now i see why he plays the guitar....

I feel the same way about George Benson, he is a really good singer but much better guitar player.
