RE: Guitar choice advice (in reply to meknyc)

ORIGINAL: meknyc And here I go again. Tried a few ones from Craigslist, but nothing that was worth the money or in acceptable shape. I will keep looking. I entered a nice shop and teased myself with a few new higher end. I did enjoy a Sanchis Bulerias more than the Primera, but I can't see a way to stretch that far. The Conde A26 were painful to leave. The owner suggested I check out the Mundo Flamenco 2F. The price is right, sound clip is nice, but it does not sell it outside the EU. I guess I could listen to many of you and try too stretch to a Sanchis 2F from Mundo, but I would not be able to try on first. Is it smart? It is always going to be a crap shoot ordering a guitar without playing it. My understanding is Mundo Flamenco only chooses the better guitars. They might also have a return policy, but shipping back to Germany could be expensive. Suggest you email Johannes there I think he is a pretty legit seller, if he says the guitar is good that might be help. Being in the US its always a dilemma to choose between a guitar you can find locally and play but with very limited choices and often higher prices and a guitar you can order from Europe with many more choices but with a risk it may not sound and play as expected. Of course the more patient you are and longer you search you are more likely to find something.
