New Flamenco Negra is finally here!

Around 8 Months ago I posted the order of my first Flamenco Guitar to Luthier IsfahaniNejad in Toronto. Here he is!
Sounds fantastic to my ears but I have never played a legit Flamenco Guitar before so had to get it approved by my instructor who said it sounds as good as a 5000-7000$ recording Flamenco Guitar.
Spruce Top, Madagascar Sides and Back, Rosewood Neck and Headstock.

I recorded an amateur version of the beginning of Callejon del Muro which was the song that got me into getting this Guitar built and learn to play Flamenco.
Excuse my poor performance, I'm very new to Guitar and Flamenco.
Let me know if you want more details on the Guitar or the Luthier.

Lovely guitar and may it bring many hours of happy practise.

Also, the luthier has a fantastic moustache. I'd definitely commission a guitar from someone with facial hair as majestic as that.

Followed the link, actually expecting some shallow sounding dud.
(Due to the exaggerated opinion of themselves that I have experienced with makers / craftsmen of that origin who all too often tend to underestimate subjects engaged with.)

I must admit however that this guitar sounds just great. Sounds as if the luthier deserves to be promoted.

Congratulations, and may you enjoy many years of pleasure with it!

Appreciate the complements on the Guitar guys. Its alot better than what I expected for what I paid. Not that I didnt think he could do it, but he paid lots of attention and put alot of love into building it which really impressed me.
His website is Saazirani.com and his workshop is in Toronto. Once I learn to play the same way in front of a camera as I do without it Ill put a few more videos up lol..

Thanks for the compliments... When I asked him about the Golpeador he said it is usually wise to wait about 3-4 weeks before installing it such that the top wood gets to adapt to the rest of the guitar before anything is glued on it.
It has been a few months now. You guys have any bad experiences with this? Should I wait longer or is it safe to go ahead and have him glue it? I cant play anything with a golpe right now as I don't want to scratch it.

Golpeador changes the sound a little bit. It's normal. I believe Conde used to fit their golpeador right to the wet finish, never heard about a luthier waiting that long. More likely they don't want to be blamed when the sound changes. . You can put it on yourself.

Not that easy though...
I found more effective the wet top way.

As much as I don't think it will be very difficult, I'd rather have him put it on. I cant even put on a cellphone screen protector without getting bubbles in there! I've heard before from other Flamenco players that it is better to wait a few weeks as well. Maybe it is just a apples vs oranges type of a thing and both methods work equally well depending on how well you can do either way?

Sounds great to me, a bright snap combined with a cello-like ambience, just what you want from a negra.
