annoying loud note while amplified

Hey guys, so my equipment is a FCWE (Cordoba plug in guitar with Acoustic Matrix undersaddle and mic). I have noticed recently that I am getting a very loud response around the B4-C5 area of the guitar. It seems about twice as loud! I am wondering if there is a technical solution to tone down this area and get a more even response?

As of late, I have been having the same issue with my LR Baggs Anthem. Having done some research, the most common reason for this is that the saddle is not perfectly flat causing more pressure in a specific area.
I have been meaning to have a local tech take a look at it, but have been to busy. Let me know the outcome of your situation.

If you have a "Phase" switch, you throw that thing depending on the song...what it does is changes the strong note that is often caused by the room and the guitar etc...a sort of feedback happening. I will use that depending on venue or even the key the song is in, when I notice it. Also it gets more pronounced if you have old strings.

IF you do this and still have issues, then you have no choice but to use the "notch" to find it and kill it, though it will make the entire guitar sound anemic and you might need to adjust EQ settings on amp/mixer.

Thanks, I'll try the phase thing. Last night I resorted to using the notch and sort of brought that spot down, but the guitar sounded awful after that. The room I am playing is very large and I am sitting in front of those old Bose stick things.
