Ligatto Exercises

It's been a while since iI have posted on here. I have been battling with carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis. I am finally starting to play at a level where I am comfortable to share with you all. I will be recording my repertoire and posting it all on youtube in the very near future. Please say tuned and thank you for watching.

Thanks and good luck witht the rehab, surg should always be the last option cuz there's s a possibility of not being able to play guitar at all after that.

Yeah I have done lots of research and the only thing that has worked for me is ice dipping. I have to say that it has basically saved my guitar career. I recommend anyone who is dealing with carpal tunnel or tendonitis to look into it. I will post a thread for anyone interested.
