Just heard an ad for a Paco feature/doc on the Radio. It will be broadcast on Radio 2 monday at 10PM.

Usually the BBC restricts overseas listeners because it is funded by UK tax payers.

Whoa there Len. You know what these debt collection agencies are like. First you try and show good faith throwing them a bone here and there and next they want two and a half centuries worth of compound interest on the tax for the tea you didn't drink.

For years Paco’s publicity has stated that he was the first musician to be made a professor of flamenco. But according to my information, the late Manuel Cano held that position in Granada in the ’60s.

Can anyone confirm or deny?

Get a proxy server for about $10 a month. You will need a UK ISP and that's what the service provides. I purchased it recently for MotoGP broadcasts but the BBC dropped the service and BT sports which took it over is pay for view. Fox carries MotoGP but only the race and about 50% of the broadcast is commercials.
