Flamenco neck relief

How can I know if my flamenco guitar neck has the optimal relief?

This is hard to answer. It is a rather individual thing, depending on your playing style and what you like. If you are happy with the action and the amount of buzzing, then it is good. If you are happy with the action and there is too much buzzing, then there may not be enough relief. If you are happy with the action and there is not enough buzzing, then there may be too much relief.

The distance between the 12th fret and the 6th string is 3 mm , the first fret is 1 mm higher than the frets with no relief
and there is no buzz at all in the fist two frets and almost no buzz in the third one
also I think that the nut is slightly high

Holding the 6th string down at the 1st and 14th or 15th fret.
Look at the 6th fret how much air there is inbetween the string and the fret. It should be very little. A few tenth of a milimeter.

This I dont find to a good or correct description. It might be correct if you only play the first couple of frets. But if you play further up the fingerboard (around 5th - 7th - 9th fret) and the guitar has a correct setup and to much relief, then you get buzzing in these frets.
