Power Tab question

Hello flamencos,

How do you keep the program from scrolling the currently playing staff to the top of the window while it is in play back? This drives me insane! Your reading along(a measure ahead) and suddenly the whole staff moves. There must be some simple setting I'm overlooking isn't there?

Thanks,
Trevor

Sorry I don't think you can do anything about that.

Hi Trev,

I couldn't figure that one out either. What I usually do is click on the play back button and then quickly click on the print preview tab and then I can read the entire score. You can also zoom in and view 2 pages at a time this way as well...

Exactly- I had the same problem! Its really sly of them to insist on upgrades like that. its an ok program though. but powertab is freeware, and for that I can put up with a few small problems.

Hey, isn't Simon into software programming? We should ask him to make us a tab programme!!!

I never had probs with GP. Sometimes it says "your software is to old to open this file"... then i just download another *version*...

Hi Trev,

I just tried what I suggested and it doesn't work either. Duh, I must have been thinking about another software program...

You could export the midi first then it would work.

Oh well, sorry man...
