Chano Lobato

Hola

Cadiz journalists Juan Tellez and Juan Marques have produced a book called Chano Lobato: Memorias de Cadiz. It is a sort of biography, but as related by Chano with the same gracia which characterised Pericon. It contains many interesting photographs and a CD. Published by La Diputacion de Cadiz, ISBN 8495388626, 15 Euros.

Sean, is it totally written in Spanish? Or, is this in English too?

I would love to read it! Also, does Amazon.com carry it? If not, where can I buy it?

Sorry, Spanish only. I do not know about distribution, I think you would have to order it from the Diputation.

The CD with the book is an unreleased live recording of Chano with the guitar of Pascual de Lorca: 7 cantes and some of his stories (in Spanish!)
