I've played the Juan Hernandez professor blanca.
It was a very bright guitar, but also hard to play. I switched afterba half year to a Francisco Navarro Concert model.

I've owned a Juan Hernández Estudio Flamenca (2007; relabeled Sonanta; blanca) for close to two years. I'm left-handed, so I flipped the strings and action accordingly and thus can't vouch for the standard setup. It is very well made, nicely finished in a golden lacquer. It could use an upgrade on the decent but otherwise unremarkable tuners. It is a fine and durable instrument. I've played it at various closed and open venues and its behavior is very consistent. Soundwise, it's volume is very good, it's overall sustain is good enough, and its strong raspiness and percussiveness is excellent. It compares very favorably to more expensive guitars. I wouldn't hesitate in getting any model in this line.

I owned a professor and it had the best basses of any other guitar I have ever owned. The highs were not bad either. I thought it was excellent for the price.
