WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT??????????? Oh my god.............****.........
He wrote nearly everything for the band, they've been a staple in my life since the day I was born and they never wavered, never faltered, and were always there to deliver an album that just blasted you in the face. In an era where many bands began going commercial as they got older Slayer just kept to it. Every show I went to(20+) they gave %100 and never once phoned it in. Nobody was more true to the art.

This is a devastating day for me and the entire metal community.

So sad... he is one of the reasons why I picked up a guitar.
I actually got to meet him in Toronto about 4 years ago... he was such a cool and funny guy! RIP Jeff!
