Love it! Very modern, but very flamenco. Good cante too from Maria Toledo and Mari Ángeles Fernández (Tomatito's daughter) and many others. (His "Sin Tanto" from 2005 is great too.)

I have to say I greatly prefer his last album to this.
This doesn't have the impact, musically, for me, nothing that memorable.
I think Vicente's album is alot stronger than this one.

Anyone else notice that in the rumba called "solomente tu y yo" the main melody is Fantasy by black box? I wonder if it was a subconscious thing or deliberate? Or perhaps just a coincidence?

That's interesting. I really enjoyed his last album as well but this one i think I may like even more. I'm on about listen number 15 and I'm really loving it. So much going on in this Album. It took a few listens to get used to though.

Man that singer really goes for it at about 2:38 in the tangos!
