He IS difficult to understand. He didn't want any "agents". I guess he means Estate agents

He meant to write 'agents' meaning estate agents - and the guy is right, they are all crooks.

they all crooks !! I don't trust anyone with the word "agent " in their job title

real estate agent, taxation agent, secret service agent
