USA midwest tour of Granada kids

On Thursday Kate who has posted here on occasion takes the group of youngsters that recorded Cale-cale on a two-week tour of the midwestern US and Canada.

Thanks Estela, I am sure it will be a resounding success and a watershed in Kate's international career as an impressario.

Estela-

I'm going to see Kate and the group while they are here in Chicago. I can bring my digital camera and take some pictures to post on deflamenco if you like.

Through some circumnavigation Estela says:

Sure, if you get something good, close up and well-lit we could put it with
a few words about the show...or whatever you think would be fun. Don't do
it special for me because they might not let me publish it...I've got sway up to a point :-). If worse comes to worst the pictures could be posted on the forum.

Taller de Compás on the radio! (in reply to Escribano

I just talked to Kate and she asked me to post this information on the site.

Taller will be on the radio in Chicago and the station will be streaming it online live. For those who would like to listen, here's the link:

http://www.wnur.org

They will be on this Friday. September 19th at 17:30 GMT (12:30 Chicago Time).

Estela, Kate asked if you would not mind posting this information on some of the other Flamenco fourms.

Message received and mission accomplished. Well-done Scott. Hope I can remember to tune in, chances are Kate will be doing most of the talking...
