Lucida Artista guitars were actually made by the guitar maker, Prudencio Saez located in Valencia, Spain. So Lucida Artista is not a maker, just a marketing name invented by the company, The Music Link. The Music Link stopped importing Spanish made guitars around 2008 due to the high exchange rate of the euro. The guitar being offered is in excellent condition with the only modification being a pick guard. This particular guitar has a bright sound with a good amount of volume. Along with it's good looks this instrument's construction is very traditional: Spanish Foot/heel, 5 fan struts - a feature unheard of in the $300.00 price range.
