of course when I came across this, I was expecting all sorts of horrific and embarrassing stuff, something truly ripe for our usual mocking threads or Jason's fakemenco rants.

Great talent but that finger pick at the end of Taranta was pretty cheesy.

he has good technique for a non-flamenco player. but its used in a very "sketchy" way.

You are a strong man...you made it towards the end??!! hehe Yes he plays really good. Would be cool to see his flamenco playing after some technique polishing. Great potential for sure.

I agree, not only is it cheesy, its SO GREASY!!

I like that bandura. What a monster instrument and I like what he plays on it. Kind of holistic meditative swimming around sound.
But I also admit that I have a soft spot when it comes to harps.

keeping the youtube generation inspired and moving forward in leaps and bounds..
enjoyed going through his, jan laurenz, collection of videos...
amazing talent...
great find

like the way he does'nt take it too seriously....good musical humour at play in some of the video's...
