YES! THAT is what straight 16ths sound like @ 220bpm plus...

If Ricardo cant hear the difference from the other video, he must be
going deaf.

ah...HUh??? What???? speak up.....too much loud sextuplets at 120bpm with my group I guess....it's all startin to sound the same....

Okay, this is a video I shot for myself during my practice for the GFA concert. Musically it's garbage because when I practice technique like this I am in my own world. It sounds weird to me now and plus the guitar is out of tune, dammit!

I sometimes push myself to the limit like this in practice so that my normal playing has a bit more speed reserve I can tap into if needed.

I am doing about 16 notes per second on some runs here. That would translate into 16ths at 240 bpm.



I would have deleted this already long time ago, but I lost all access to that account.

Boy, those 2 runs were sweet. The first one at 0:42 and then at 0:48. Fenomeno!
