hey gounaro,
actually there are tons of sites for this duty
a very important tool we use at university (requires some knowledge in modeling) is : http://drupal.org/
a pretty cool tool I used before (extremely easy) is : http://www.weebly.com/ Example :
some of my friends are so addicted to http://www.webs.com/ but I don't know much about it

For what it's worth, as a front-end developer (I build websites) - I don't like Wix.

Flash isn't supported on mobile devices anymore, and sure the sites look nice and fancy, but all the wix sites I've seen are annoyingly slow. It's ok if you want a personal homepage but that's where it ends.

Another vote for WP.

Search for wordpress themes, install it on your webserver and viola, you have a pro looking and functioning business/personal website.
Also, there are thousands of very pro plug-ins that can add whatever functionality you can dream of.
